For MBA course, the AICTE has laid down certain norms for the manpower including department wise requirements of teaching, administrative and ancillary staff from the time of inception and addition to be made year wise viz, at the end of first and second year.

Manpower provision has been made available according to the requirement. The society is having a staff selection committee consisting of eminent personalities from education and other profession, the last selection of the faculty will be done by concerning universities as per their norms, being indore is the biggest educational hub of central India, so there is no difficulty is envisaged in recruiting the same.
